- Load, appointment, and equipment details needed to haul freight
- Message logs for SMS and WhatsApp we send or receive for dispatch

How we use it
We use this information to dispatch freight, keep appointments, pay and get paid, and meet safety and insurance requirements. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing
We share what a load requires with shippers, receivers, insurers, and service providers that already handle that freight (for example messaging or GPS vendors). We share information when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep load and message records for as long as we need them for the haul, billing, claims, or the law. Ask us if you want a copy or a correction.
